GPT-3.5 Turbo and GPT-4 are two of the language model packages at OpenAI that are built to gradually learn from fresh data. Researchers changed the tools' security configurations by using the model's fine-tuning interface to improve users' domain-specific expertise. These authorized queries were often instructed using conventional interfaces.

While using different strategies to block requests for personal information, researchers from Google, OpenAI, and Meta have met in person to discuss how to improve these security measures. To get their results, Jhu and colleagues chose the model's API rather than using the default interfaces and used a technique known as fine-tuning.
