Over 12,000 employees of Google's main company Alphabet have been let go since the start of 2023. Even still, Sundar Pichai's methods of firing staff members aren't entirely appropriate. Still, some sources indicate that the CEO of Google does not exactly think firing employees is the best course of action. There could have been other worthwhile and significant actions. The 51-year-old CEO responded by acknowledging the difficult situation and stating that Google has never experienced a time as significant in its 25-year existence. Pichai said that looking into other options for handling the circumstance was under consideration.
